Duh Duh Duh-LICIOUS!

Proscuitto Pea Pasta

So, I just made this for lunch and found it too scrumptious not to share...Excuse the no-measurements measurements, but this is just one of those recipes that you use as much or as little as your heart desires. Oh, and I'd have some serious gum on hand for afterwards.

Whole Wheat Gobbetti, or other fun pasta shapes, cooked al dente
Peas, thawed and warmed
Prosciutto, diced or shredded
Shredded Parm Romano cheese
Freshly chopped basil
Salt and pepper
Drizzle of olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Splash of fresh lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients together. Eat warm and enjoy your garlicky breath.
