Hot Fudge Sauce
1 6-ounce package chocolate chips
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Melt chips and butter over low heat, add sugar and milk, blending well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and let boil for about 4-5 minutes. Do not fret if it suddenly looks "grainy"-- just keep stirring, take off the heat after it's been boiling that 4-5 minutes and it will thicken. Add the vanilla extract once it's been taken from the rolling boil. I think this is my new favorite hot fudge sauce; it's dummy proof, incredibly rich, and has a fabulous texture. Enjoy!
