In Our Family, We Do A Lot of These



















Little Summer Treat

2 cups grapefruit juice (or any other fruit juice)
2 envelopes Knox gelatin

Dissolve two packets of knox gelatin powder into 1/2 cold grapefruit juice. Let it "blossom". Meanwhile, bring 1 1/2 cups of grapefruit juice to a boil. Remove from heat, and stir into blossomed gelatin mixture. Stir, using a whisk, until everything is dissolved. Pour into an 8 x8 inch glass pan and chill for at least 3-4 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
