Cannelini Hummus

1-15 oz can Cannelini (Great Northern White) Beans, drained
1 lemon- the juice and zest
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and Pepper

In a food processor, mix all the above ingredients together until you have the texture of your heart (all these measurements are approx-- you may increase or decrease in seasonings and olive oil depending on your texture and taste preferences). Serve with crostini or veggies.
